To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Generate content using our AI tools within the scope permitted by your subscription plan
This license does not allow you to:
- Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the Services
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use the Services to build a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Services
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using our Services:
- Generating, uploading, or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
- Creating content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Using the Services to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Services without permission
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with any person or entity
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AppWizly and its licensors. Our trademarks, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User-Generated Content: When you use our AI tools to generate content, you retain ownership of the unique output you create. However, you grant AppWizly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Certain features of our Services require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled
- You must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged
Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not significantly used the Service. Refund requests must be submitted through our Support page. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that have violated these Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPWIZLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific needs. Always review and verify AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPWIZLY AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
- Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Services by third parties
In no event shall AppWizly's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to AppWizly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

- Sending an email notification to registered users
- Displaying a prominent notice within the application or on our website
Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
